Local Orders (within the United Kingdom): Usually arrive within 3–5 business days.
Please note: Unexpected events such as customs checks, weather conditions, or courier issues can delay delivery times.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.
  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link or through the courier’s website.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • Retronz is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or factors beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • It is the customer’s duty to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
  • Retronz does not take responsibility for orders delivered to the wrong or incomplete address.
  • If a package returns to us, customers must cover the extra shipping cost to resend it.
