Return & Refund Policey-Retronz
At Retronz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return process.
Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- With all seals or protective packaging intact
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email sales@foyfress.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions along with the return address.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
