At Retronz, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
Eligibility: You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in their original packaging
In the same condition you received them
With any seals or protective packaging intact
Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns on:
Used or opened products
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at support@retronz.com with:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for return
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
